Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material you posted on the Site was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may provide a counter-notification to our designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include the following information:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Costa Rica and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, miramefineart.com maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, user accounts that are determined to be repeat infringers.
